Home of Salvation Ministries is a Missions Oriented Church devoted to empowering farming, rural and marginalized communities through sound teaching of the word of God and imparting entrepreneurial skills. We believe communities need to be fruitful, productive and to contribute to socio-economic development of our country. Our approach is deeply rooted in the Holy Scriptures, where from the beginning God blessed man and told him to be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over all of His creation. Whatever your age, gender or race, there is a special place for you at our Church. 2026 The Year of Manifesting as sons of God by the Holy Spirit
In an inspiring address during Sunday Service of 28 December 2025, Pastor Dr Cyril declared the Year 2026 as THE YEAR OF MANIFESTING AS SONS OF GOD BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.
He shared that: "God has great plans for us to achieve His end-time agenda as we are at the tail end of this age. But God does nothing without the Holy Spirit. Whatever He is going to do through us will be by the power of the Holy Spirit. And it is us responsible for invoking the power of the Holy Spirit in us; the same power that raised our Lord Jesus from the dead"
He made reference to a number of inspiring Scriptures, including the following:
Genesis 1:1-3 - At the beginning of reaction there was a deep dense darkness. It was all chaotic. However, the Holy Spirit brooded upon the waters, beautifying that which was chaotic. Then when God spoke, everything that was created was beautiful.
Luke 1:35 - The birth of Jesus - Many conceived when the power of the Holy Spirit overshadowed her.
Luke 3:21-22, 4:1 - The Ministry of Jesus was made possible by the Holy Spirit working in Him.
Acts 10:38 - Our Lord Jesus was anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power and through this he went about doing good and healing the sick.
John 14:16, Luke 24:49 - The commissioning of the disciples; they had to wait until they received the Holy Spirit and that is how they were endured with power for service.
Ephesians 5:18 - Apostle Paul the Spirit instructed us to be filled with the Spirit
Romans 8:19 - Creation is waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God. The time of manifestation has now come according to God's calendar. Creation has waited long enough. Glory to God!
In an inspiring global address during the New Year’s Eve Service, the man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, declared 2025 as The Year of Completeness.
Speaking to billions that participated in the end of year program worldwide, Pastor Chris shared profound insights into the spiritual significance of this declaration and where we stand in God’s timing. He explained that 2025 marks a year where God’s people need to be more conscious of who they are in Christ and to fulfil what the Word of God says.
He made reference to a number of inspiring Scriptures, including the following:
Colossians 4:12 - "Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God."
Philemon 1:6 - "That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus."
Pastor Chris exhorted the global audience saying, "This year, First thing is to acknowledge and walk in the fullness of the blessings of the gospel.
To not do this is to shortchange your personal life."
Pastor Chris said in 2025 "we are lighting up our world with God's glory"
Earlier on, Pastor Cyril exhorted the brethren of Home of Salvation Ministries saying that "as we walk in the light of the message of the year from Pastor Chris, we shall arise, shine in the glory of God" - reference Isaiah 60:1-3. Pastor Cyril said in 2025 we shall see resurrections of destinies, life purposes, dead situation, and even the dead.

Home of Salvation Ministries is a Ministry established on the foundation that a believer is a New Creation (2 Cor 5:17) heaped with the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, swimming in the love of God and in constant communion with the Holy Spirit (2 Cor 13:14). It is about pointing mankind to Jesus and His finished work (John 1:17, John 3:14-17) and depending on Jesus to live a life of reigning (Rom 5:17). We are called to live a life of glory (John 17:22).
